• Review and endorse project objectives as defined by the owner based on prior studies or business prioritization outcomes via a project charter. Develop full capital appropriation documentation for project approval in accordance with the client’s appropriate company policies, procedures and methodologies.

• Deliver approved project in accordance with client’s existing benchmarking standards, standard procedures & specifications, safety principles, product quality, machine operability, plant efficiency and performance requirements. Achieve required schedule and costs objectives, focusing on vertical start ups and coordinating all activities through option development, definition, execution and verification phases and incorporating Lean Methodologies to define and execute the project.

• Transfer the project in accordance with Good Engineering Practices and support project up to full commercial operation. Document processes for continuous improvement and re-application on future projects.
